Kevin Bouley – Director
Mr. Bouley is President and Chief Executive Officer of Nerac, Inc. based in Tolland, Connecticut. He has been with Nerac for over twenty years, beginning his career in sales immediately after graduation. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Bouley acquired the company through a management buyout in January 1999 and has been credited with doubling the revenues of the company, being recognized by Deloitte & Touche as among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut in 2002, 2003 and 2004. Mr. Bouley serves on the boards of ASIDIC, the Connecticut Technology Council, CBIA, ICSTI, and NFAIS, and is an active member of the Tolland Economic Development Commission, as well as the President of the Tolland Community Economic Development Corporation. His interests outside Tolland include entrepreneurial and economic development initiatives with the University of Connecticut.
Gary Boulay – Director
Gary Boulay is Founder and President of Genesis Capital Group, Inc., a technology financing company formed in 1992 and headquartered in South Windsor, Connecticut. The company provides technology financing solutions to public and private organizations, including the University of Connecticut. Before forming Genesis Capital, Mr. Boulay held both technical and management positions at leading high-tech companies, including Storage Technology Corporation (“StorageTek”) and Memorex Corporation. While in the high-tech industry, he participated in CPU, Mass Storage Architecture, and laser projects that led to the launch of CD and DVD technologies. He holds a BS in Mathematics from St. Anselm’s College.
Douglas Cooper – Director
Dr. Cooper founded Control Station in 1998 and developed the Company's core software product. In addition to his role with the Company, Dr. Cooper is full professor and head of the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Connecticut . He has held research positions with both Arthur D. Little and Chevron, and is a recognized specialist in the fields of advanced process modeling, monitoring and control; intelligent technologies and adaptive process control; and software tools for process control system analysis, tuning, and training. Dr. Cooper received a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; a MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan; and his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
