Training and Skills Development

Practical Process Control

How do top companies maintain their competitive advantage? By optimizing and controlling critical processes to maximize productivity and minimize costs. And an essential component to your success is the skills development of your operators, technicians and engineers.

Our Practical Process Control workshop series teaches you how to improve process performance and overall plant profitability. The series includes two-day workshops and one-day "follow-on" options that can be added to our regular two-day events.

Ours is a unique training experience that addresses the needs of industry personnel working in a broad range of manufacturing, lab and pilot plant operations. Our workshops will teach you new skills and methods you can use on the job to improve profitability and safety.

These are hands-on workshops that focus on the real-world application of proven techniques. We do not focus on teaching you math or software. Rather, we use an innovative "case studies" approach to help you learn about the measurement and control of parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, composition and level on processes with streams comprised of gases, liquids, powders, slurries and melts.
